MOQ & Order Requirements
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the product type. For in-stock standard products, the minimum order starts at 5,000 pieces. For fully customized products -- including custom sizes, printing, and branding -- the MOQ is 6,000 to 10,000 pieces depending on the product category. We offer flexible arrangements to accommodate different business scales, so feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Yes, you can place a combined order for multiple product types. Each product line will have its own MOQ requirement. Our sales team can help you plan your order structure to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Contact us with your full product list and we'll provide a consolidated quote.
Do you offer sample orders before bulk purchasing?
Absolutely. We provide professional sample proofing services before any bulk order. Structural samples are available and our team can produce custom samples based on your specifications. Sample lead time is typically 5-7 business days. Please contact our team to initiate the sampling process.

We offer free professional design consultation and service for all customers. Our in-house team of 60+ designers can help you develop packaging concepts, optimize structural design, and prepare production-ready artwork. If you already have artwork, we can work directly with your files. Either way, we'll ensure the final design meets both your brand vision and production requirements.
Can you match our exact brand colors?
Yes. We use precise color management with CIELAB (ΔE) value recording to ensure consistent, accurate brand color reproduction across all production runs. Simply provide your Pantone color codes or CMYK values, and our team will calibrate the printing process to achieve the closest possible match. Color accuracy is verified during both sampling and bulk production.

Are your products compliant with EU and U.S. food safety standards?
Yes. All our raw materials are food-grade certified and safe for direct food contact. We strictly comply with EU food contact material regulations and U.S. FDA standards. Incoming materials undergo rigorous inspection, and all products are manufactured in dust-free facilities. We can provide relevant compliance documentation and certifications upon request.
Are your packaging products microwave-safe and freezer-safe?
Many of our products are designed to be suitable for both microwave heating and freezer storage. Specific suitability depends on the material and product type selected. Our products are also engineered to be oil-proof, waterproof, and leak-proof, adapting to a wide range of food packaging and distribution scenarios. Our full-process quality management system covers every stage -- from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we offer both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services for international brands. OEM allows you to produce your existing designs at scale under your brand. ODM allows us to develop entirely new products based on your brief, helping you build exclusive packaging that differentiates your brand in the market.
